Goblin Bosses

To go with the spears and bows, we need some bosses to prod the boys along! This actually lets us have a mini dungeon as we can have mobs of goblins with their bosses as the end goal of the dungeon.

I really like the moon theme for the Night Goblins in Age of Sigmar, so I’ve renames the Goblin Boss and Big Boss to be the Moonclan Boss and Loon Boss respectively as it adds a bit more of a theme to the faction.

One new thing you may have noticed that comes into play with these is Magic Weapon cards. The original special rule Magic Weapon is a D6 table of the same 6 weapons over and over… and over again. Doesn’t matter if you’re a lowly goblin champion, or a mighty Chaos Lord, you’re equally likely to have the same gear. The same can be said of the artefacts and armour… but we’re not quite there yet. Replacing the D6 table in the rules section, there are now some cards that let you draw what gear the bosses have. Over time the plan is to build up a collection of new Boss weapons (and armour/artefacts), some of which are race or role specific to allow for a bit more variety to take place.

We’ve also added a new Keyword, Boss. Not quite sure what this will be used for, but it’s now in and available as/when it is needed.
